where do you ship?
We ship from coast to coast across Canada and the US!
local pickup in calgary
Why not save on shipping and pick up your order in person? We offer free local pickup at our warehouse on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. If you select “local pickup” at checkout, you will receive an email once your order is ready. If you can’t make it during standard hours, please send an email to hello@thenohco.com and we’ll try to make arrangements for you.
Our warehouse is located at 4121 23B street NE Calgary, AB, T2E 7V9, right by the Cactus Club in the NE.
local delivery (calgary city limits)
We have partnered with a local Calgary delivery service company to fulfill local shipments, and we ship out local orders daily! We aim to deliver local orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day between 1:00-5:00 pm. Orders made after 11 am will be fulfilled the next day between 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
The minimum spend for free local delivery is $100, otherwise it is a standard rate of $8.50 per order.
domestic shipping (canada)
We can ship anywhere in Canada. At check out, choose the shipping option with the timeline and price that suits your needs. Standard shipping rates vary depending on location, size, and weight but typically range from $15-$35. We use a variety of shipping providers including Canada Post, Canpar, UPS, Fedex and Purolator and we strive to get the best prices for our customers.

international shipping (US only)
We offer international shipping to the mainland United States. At check out, choose the shipping option with the timeline and price that suits your needs. Shipping rates vary depending on location, size, and weight.

how long does it take to receive my products once ordered/shipped?
We strive to provide a quick turnaround for you to receive your products after placing an order! Shipments to the prairies and British Columbia typically arrive within 1-7 business days. Orders to Ontario and eastern provinces, as well as to the US, may take up to 10 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost.
Local orders within Calgary and surrounding areas are often delivered same day (depending on the time orders are received; see local delivery above). We also offer same/next day pick up options so you can save shipping costs.
If shipping is delayed due to weather or other unexpected circumstances, we'll always reach out and communicate the reason for the delay.
what are the shipping costs?
We’re a (new!) small business and while we wish we could offer free shipping to everyone right off the bat on orders of all sizes, it’s just not feasible in these early days, but we understand shipping costs are a touchy subject (little secret: we don’t love paying for shipping either!). As such, we do our best to get the most competitive prices for our customers! Average shipping fees range from $15-$25 depending on order size (weight and dimension of packages) and location and may increase for large/bulk orders.
Delivery within Calgary is set at a $8.50 flat rate (free for orders over $100), and shipping costs average between $15-25 for most cities and provinces outside of Alberta.
We are also happy to provide free local pick-up!

how are orders packaged?
We often pack local deliveries using recycled paper bags. Recycled paper bags are environmentally-friendly and can either be recycled or disposed of in your compost bin (please remove our sticker before composting!). We use shipping boxes for some orders depending on the amount of cans in the order.
All orders are packed securely for shipping. During the winter, orders are packaged using insulated bubble wrap to help protect our products from the cold.

WINTER SHIPPING POLICY
During the cold Canadian winter months of December, January, February, and March ,our Winter Shipping Policy is in effect. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 0°C to reduce the risk of products freezing. We do our best to monitor weather forecasts and will ship more frequently if temperatures allow. Please expect some delays during these months. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
